This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Vista Cay Resort is your perfect home base for fun and relaxation. Whether you're chasing theme park thrills or winding down in resort-style comfort, this chic and spacious retreat offers a furnished outdoor patio with loungers and shade, a BBQ grill for al fresco dining, and access to the resort pool and outdoor hot tub. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, a smart TV, high-speed internet, a modern dining area, a private outdoor balcony with seating, and an inviting lounge area for relaxation after a day out. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee, which needs to be booked in advance. Additionally, a "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair are available for a one-time fee of 40.00 USD each. Located at Vista Cay Resort, you can walk to the grocery store, the Orange County Convention Center, and Universal's Epic Universe Theme Park, set to open in 2025. The resort offers a variety of amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and convenience. Nearby attractions include Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the Orange County Convention Center, all within a short drive. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Guests need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, which can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost. The condo is equipped with high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly for those who need to stay connected during their stay. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
