The condo features a furnished outdoor patio with loungers and shade, a BBQ grill for al fresco feasts, a smart TV, high-speed internet, a modern dining area, and an inviting lounge area for relaxation after a day out. Free street parking is available. Mid-stay cleaning is offered for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair are available for a one-time fee of 40.00 USD each. You can walk to the grocery store, the Orange County Convention Center, and Universal's Epic Universe Theme Park, set to open in 2025! Vista Cay Resort offers a variety of amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and convenience. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Access cards are needed to use the clubhouse amenities and can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost.
