This condo offers a bright, open layout and includes Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-home washer and dryer, and central air conditioning and heating. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. There’s also a large indoor dining table. A Pack 'N Play Crib and a highchair are available for $40.00 USD each (one-time fee). Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are provided at no cost. You’ll be just minutes from Orlando’s best attractions and can walk to the Orange County Convention Center, local groceries, and Universal's Epic Universe Theme Park (opening soon!). Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, and if any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.
