The bathroom includes a shower (no bathtub) and a modern glass door. Please note that there is no laundry facility on the property. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. A maximum of 2 small, house-trained, and non-aggressive dogs are allowed per stay for a fee of $60 per dog. A crate is required if pets are left alone indoors, and they must be leashed when outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and owners must clean up after them both indoors and outdoors. Centrally located, you’ll be just minutes from major attractions, dining, and entertainment. Parking is available on the street, right in front of the property. Since the property consists of several independent units, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbors. Please keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. No parties or loud noise are allowed; please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies.
