Enjoy the convenience of a laundry area and a spacious courtyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying fresh air. Pets are welcome with a fee of $60 for each small dog. A maximum of two house-trained and non-aggressive dogs are allowed. Dogs must be declared in advance, kept on a leash when outside, and crated if left alone indoors. Please bring your pet’s bedding and clean up after them both indoors and outdoors. Situated in a prime location, this home offers a mix of tranquility and excitement. Just 8 minutes from Downtown Orlando, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. With major highways nearby, reaching Disney, Universal, and other top attractions is a breeze. No parties or loud noise are allowed, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with late check-out potentially incurring additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property and do not attempt to open windows. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for safety and complies with privacy policies. Please do not unplug or tamper with it during your stay. Our homes are treated regularly for pests, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida, so keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
