This is a pet-friendly home with a fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. Parking is available at the entrance and on the street, shared with other guests. Lake Conway is just 5 minutes away, Cypress Grove Park is approximately 7 minutes away, SODO Shopping Center is around 10 minutes away, The Hourglass District is about 8 minutes away, and Orlando Health/Arnold Palmer Hospital is approximately 10 minutes away. As the property is part of a triplex, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units. Guests are asked to maintain low noise levels between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. All dogs must be declared in advance.
