FEE'S OWED: First month's rent is due at move-in and security deposit due 48 hours after final approval. Minimum security deposit of $1600. PET POLICY & FEES: Pet's must be approved during application process and applicant may be required to pay a non-refundable $250 pet fee and/or an additional pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rent.
