A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Situated just five minutes from Winter Park Village and ten minutes from downtown Orlando, this home places you at the heart of the city’s cultural and entertainment hubs. A short drive brings you to the Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, and the bustling I-Drive corridor. Theme park adventures at Disney World and Universal Studios are reachable within twenty minutes, while AdventHealth Orlando, the Science Center, and the Museum of Art are all moments away. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
