Nearby attractions include The Wolfsonian–FIU (185 ft), Miami Beach – South Beach (0.3 miles), Española Way (0.5 miles), Miami Beach Botanical Garden (1.1 miles), and the Art Deco Historic District. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
