There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will result in dismissal from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or obscene behavior require a police callout, leading to dismissal from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated chargeback. Upon checkout, please turn off lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
