Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment, and a fine will be assessed if the no smoking rules are not observed. Guests are asked to be respectful of their neighboring guests and keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and at a minimum after 10 PM. Multiple complaints from neighbors and/or visits from police or city code compliance may result in termination of the stay. The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older, and ID may be requested upon check-in for verification. If verification is not possible, check-in may be denied.
