The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, subject to additional fees. The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
