There is no elevator at this location. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs, and a $75/hr late fee for late check-out. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
