A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
