This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). This charming retreat combines comfort with style, offering a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, ideal for creating your favorite meals. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
