This smoke-free property prohibits smoking of any kind within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time. Includes a smart lock for secure entry and a smart TV with streaming apps for entertainment.
