Step outside and enjoy a leisurely stroll along the stunning South Beach, just moments from the property. This unit does not have a full-size kitchen with all standard appliances. There is only a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker located in the unit. You can also enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for additional fees. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
