The fully stocked kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas are available. Outdoor pool loungers invite you to soak up the Florida sun. There are five parking spots available in the driveway, and pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Propane for the grills is provided by guests, and a propane tank is available for refilling during the stay. Located in a desirable, family-oriented neighborhood in North Miami Beach, the home is close to parks, Midtown, downtown, I-95, and beaches. Explore Biscayne or Haulover Park, or take a quick drive to North Miami Beach to enjoy its parks, beaches, and bays, along with a wide assortment of recreational, cultural, and dining opportunities. The best option for getting around is by vehicle, with the Tri-Rail at the Golden Glades station servicing the area. Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
