A bus station is in front of the building, and you can also use Uber and Lyft for fast, easy, and affordable transportation. You are 10 minutes by car from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, and Wynwood. If you prefer to go north, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, and Gulfstream Park are 20 to 30 minutes away, always with the ocean on your side. Guests will have full access to the building, including direct access to the beach with no roads to cross, a jacuzzi, direct access to the onsite pool, 24-hour security, a tiki bar by the pool area with reasonable prices, and a shopping convenience store in the lower lobby. The washer and dryer are in the corridor. Before your arrival, you must complete a form to access the apartment. The apartment will be very clean upon arrival with plenty of fresh towels, and there is no need to clean the apartment when you leave as the cleaning fee covers it.
