The Grove packs a whole lot of charm, history, and culture into a relatively small area along Biscayne Bay. Mixed in with the bohemian bungalows, independent book shops, and locally owned cafes, CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, with a $100 cleaning fee for any smoke smell. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM, with violations potentially resulting in police visits and immediate eviction. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited, and noise levels must be low in respect to the neighbors. Security cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. The property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.
