This bright, spacious condo is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. It features a peaceful primary bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a comfortable second bedroom with access to a full hallway bath, and an additional half-bath for guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and cooking essentials. Relax in the bright, open living and dining area with large windows, cozy seating, and a Smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, plush linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. A private balcony offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Coconut Grove. Valet parking is available on-site for a fee, and guests have access to one free parking spot per reservation in the driveway. If you would like a late 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the picturesque Venetian Pool, a historic landmark offering a refreshing escape. For shopping enthusiasts, the Shops at Merrick Park are a short drive away, offering a wide selection of designer stores. The area is also known for its beautiful architecture and lush landscaping, providing a delightful atmosphere for your stay. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted in the driveway, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, and there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation.
