Early check-in and late check-out can be provided at an extra cost if available. A dog is allowed in the unit with an extra cleaning fee, and certain breeds are accepted based on the size of the apartment and the dog. Cats are not accepted. The building is conveniently located next to a train, offering fast transportation to Brickell and around Miami. However, the noise of the train can be heard from inside the unit. The check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive a unique code for entering, and more details will be provided by direct message. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
