Daily essentials such as towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided, along with an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, safe box, luggage rack, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee: 2 hours for $50, 2 to 3 hours for 50% of the day's rate, and more than 4 hours for 100% of the day's rate. The apartment is situated in a very urban area with everything within walking distance, such as supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall. On the check-in date, dial 614 at the building entrance intercom system to access the property for the first time. The apartment features a Smart Lock and the garage entrance is on 22nd Terrace, requiring a FOB for access. Smoking is not allowed inside, with a $450 fine for violations. Guests are responsible for their personal items and have up to 10 days to claim any lost items. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay, as deliveries before or after your stay cannot be accepted.
