Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, is 2 miles south, and the Design District, a haven for fashion enthusiasts, is 2 miles north. The building is currently undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and the residential pool is closed for repairs. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed, and evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans.
