For reservations less than 21 days, you can opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. The building is undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs, but the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning if there is evidence of smoking indoors. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
