The apartment's occupancy is 2 adults plus 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item.
