Parking is available for $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day. Located in The Grand, this apartment offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just an 8-minute drive, while Wynwood is only 5 minutes away. Brickell City Center and the Design District are both within 2 miles. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Building Management has strict occupancy rules: 5 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
