Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations, including South Beach (8 minutes/3 miles), Wynwood (5 minutes), Brickell City Center (2 miles south), Design District (2 miles north), Arsht Center and Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami nightlife. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, with temporary pathways in place. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level, and the residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.
