This property offers stunning Biscayne Bay views and easy access to the city’s top attractions, including South Beach (8 minutes/3 miles), Wynwood (5 minutes), Brickell City Center (2 miles south), Design District (2 miles north), Arsht Center and Kaseya Center (just blocks away), and Downtown Miami nightlife (within walking distance). Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 6 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, there will be a charge of $100 per missing item.
