An Enterprise rental car company is located in the retail lobby. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is a short drive away, and Wynwood, Brickell City Center, and the Design District are also nearby. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, but temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning if there is evidence of smoking indoors. No loud music or parties are allowed, and any altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with the building.
