Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with all doors closed; evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
