Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48, payable directly to the building. For stays of 21 days or longer, residential parking is available for a $200 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay; parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just a short 8-minute drive away, while Wynwood is only 5 minutes away.
