South Beach is a short drive away, offering glamorous cruise ship views at The Port of Miami and Star Island. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately.
