Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed; if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item.
