Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated, and no electric charging stations are available. Luggage storage is available at check-in/out via a bellman for $3 per suitcase. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. The main lobby is closed, with temporary pathways providing safe access. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs, but the Jacuzzi and pool deck remain open. Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, and if suspected, a penalty equal to the security deposit will be charged. Check-in is from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
