Luggage storage and parking are available for an additional fee. A parking spot costs $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. The building is undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building.
