The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
