This 1,840 square feet apartment features a large balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay, 400Mbps Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The building offers a state-of-the-art gym, on-site gourmet restaurants, and luggage storage upon check-in/check-out with bellman service. Parking is available for $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability, and advance notice is required. Daily valet parking is also available for $48, payable directly to the building each day. Centrally located in Edgewater, this apartment overlooks Biscayne Bay and is an 8-minute drive to South Beach, where you can see cruises at The Port of Miami and Star Island. A short walk will take you to Lincoln Road Mall and the Art Deco architecture of Ocean Drive. Wynwood is just 5 minutes away, and Brickell City Center and the Design District are each 2 miles away. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are also nearby, and Downtown Miami's nightclubs are within walking distance. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
