The building also features on-site gourmet restaurants. Luggage storage is available upon check-in and check-out for a fee. Parking is available for $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available, payable directly to the building each day. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just a short drive away, offering glamorous cruise ship views, shopping and dining on Lincoln Road Mall, and Art Deco architecture along Ocean Drive. Wynwood, known for its vibrant street murals, buzzing bars, eclectic restaurants, and boutique shops, is also nearby. Brickell City Center, a luxury outdoor shopping complex, and the Design District, a fashion lover’s paradise, are both within a short distance. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, hosting concerts, Broadway shows, and sporting events. Additionally, downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.
