The apartment includes occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children, luggage storage upon check-in and check-out with bellman service, 400Mbps Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and 24/7 front desk and security. Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily fee of $48. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration. Parking requests must be made immediately after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. An Enterprise rental car company is available in the retail lobby for added convenience. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand provides stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s iconic destinations.
