Two bedrooms offer king beds and direct private balcony access with skyline views, while the third enclosed bedroom provides extra flexibility. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The open-concept living and dining area is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the oversized private balcony with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Venetian Causeway, and the resort-style pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek black-granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample cabinetry. Guests have access to The Grand’s premium waterfront amenities, including a hot tub and pool, gym, and sauna. On-site dining is available. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase and parking is available via valet for a daily fee of $48 with unlimited in/out privileges. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", and does not accommodate trucks, vans, slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds.
