This exclusive 35th-floor apartment benefits from plenty of natural light and has a big balcony from which you can enjoy the wonderful skyline of Miami and beautiful intimate sunsets. This elegant, light-filled condo features a modern interior design. The living room communicates with the balcony through glass doors and has two large and comfortable two-seater sofas. A stylish media unit with a TV set completes the living room's character. There is a classy dining table for 6, overlooking the spacious kitchen fully equipped with an electrical oven, microwave, fridge, double bowl sink, dishwasher, and basic appliances. The apartment offers four bathrooms, all decorated with stunning marble desktops and large mirrors. One of them features both a bath and a shower while the other has a huge bath. The apartment is cooled by a central AC unit. Parking is available at a cost of $160 per stay for one vehicle, and requests must be made within 24 hours of booking. Each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. Luggage can be stored with the bellman before or after your stay for $3 per suitcase. The building is surrounded by a broad selection of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces, and top spots for shopping. The building is undergoing renovations, and construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer.
