The apartment also features access to a state-of-the-art gym, open from 6am to 9pm, and on-site gourmet restaurants. Luggage storage is available at check-in/out via bellman for a fee. Parking is available for a fee of $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. Daily valet parking is also available for $48, payable directly to the building each day. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, the Grand offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just an 8-minute drive away, while Wynwood is only 5 minutes away. Brickell City Center is 2 miles south, and the Design District is 2 miles north. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. The apartment's occupancy is 4 adults plus 3 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Please be aware that the building is undergoing renovations. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
