Daily parking with in-and-out access is available for $35.00 plus tax ($40.25 total), and monthly parking is $350.00 plus tax ($402.50 total). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required in advance. Pets are welcome with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. From soaring high-rises and buzzing rooftop bars to lush parks and breezy bayfront walks, this neighborhood blends modern luxury with Miami's signature charm. The apartment is steps away from Brickell City Centre and a short distance from Mary Brickell Village, Simpson Park, Bayfront Park, Perez Art Museum Miami, and Downtown Miami. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
