Daily parking with in-and-out access is $35.00 plus tax ($40.25 total), and monthly parking is $350.00 plus tax ($402.50 total). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
