Daily parking with in-and-out access is $35.00 plus tax and monthly parking is $350.00 plus tax. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and payment is required in advance. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and one towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Includes a smart lock for secure entry and a smart TV with streaming apps for entertainment. A laptop computer is not included.
