The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a zero-tolerance policy for weapons or drugs, and police will be called for violating this rule. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
