Daily parking with in-and-out access is $35.00 plus tax ($40.25 total) and monthly parking is $350.00 plus tax ($402.50 total). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
