This 800 sq. ft. furnished apartment at 1451 Brickell Ave features 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The has a great layout with south/west light. Well appointed kitchen/bathroom. Brickell Bay and Brickell views with a terrace and outdoor kitchen as well as a walk-in closet in the bedroom. There is also a well-equipped healthclub with sweeping views of Brickell (in addition to Equinox across the street) and a pool/hot tub deck on the 31st floor with bay/ocean views. From 11am-7pm, the pool deck has food/bev service. The place is an oasis. There is one aring space, which is via the valet, but that would be an aditional $500. The current tenant does not have a car and thus did not rent that space. It is abeautiful, peaceful apartment.
