Filtered water is at the sink and at each refrigerator in the kitchen You get use of the washer and dryer You get full use of the kitchen fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/silverware/all appliances You get your own shelves in the refrigerators and freezers, and a cabinet for dry-goods We like to keep the main house area clean (no mess, no dirty dishes in sink) I make sure a basic cleaning each week throughout the main areas of the house (floors, kitchen, and bathrooms). I keep a spare washer, dryer, and refrigerator available, so in case one appliance breaks down, I can get a replacement installed usually the same day There is bike/motorcycle/scooter parking available behind the house if needed. There is also covered parking for bikes/motorcycles/scooters out front under the front terrace. THE ROOM Private room with ceiling fan, and tile floor. There is a lock on your room door and you get the key, although there is no need to lock your door at the house. The room is generally furnished with a bed, desk, chair and dresser.
