Each unit includes one physical key and one fob, with a smart lock system for convenient mobile app entry. A virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for approximately $10. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and fines from building management will be passed on to the responsible guest. Washcloths are not provided. The main guest must check in at the front desk with ID, and if the listed guest cannot check in, a $53 fee will apply to update the reservation. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking.
