If excessive wear and tear is found, or additional cleaning is necessary, guests authorize the owner to bill them for additional fees. If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if there is excessive noise, the owner has the right to evict guests and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered, guests authorize the owner to charge a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Guests must show their ID or passport prior to arrival for security purposes. Late check-out and early check-in are not guaranteed and are based on availability. For same-day bookings, guests should call the office for check-in instructions 45 minutes prior to arrival. While efforts are made to ensure everything is in working order prior to arrival, maintenance issues should be reported immediately and will generally be resolved within 24 hours. In cases of significant delays or if the apartment is in an uninhabitable condition, alternate accommodation will be arranged after 48 hours.
