A pack-n-play is available upon request and subject to availability. The unit has a free parking space that will be assigned at the time of check-in. If you have a second car or visitors, they can use the valet parking or the paid street parking space. Walk to bars and restaurants, and the Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Publix Supermarket is 2 blocks away. Wynwood, South Beach, and the Design District are 3 miles away. Brickell is Miami's version of Manhattan with its walkability and array of skyscrapers. You’ll find world-class restaurants, Miami’s tallest high-rises, the headquarters of the nation’s top law firms, and some of the world's most recognizable financial institutions. Order a round of cocktails at Sugar - Miami’s tallest rooftop bar. Grab drinks and a bite at Riverside Miami - a waterfront venue dotted with restaurants and bars. Simpson Park Hammock is a small urban park nature preserve with walking paths and bike trails. The Miami Metromover station in Brickell is located at SW First Avenue and 12th Street, across from the Publix. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, and there is a $400 fine for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of the noise level, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges, and you may be asked to leave without a refund. Additional guests are not allowed in the unit beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition, without an excessive mess, and additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take care of the provided amenities, such as towels, cushions, appliances, kitchen utensils, and cutlery. Please take good care of the unit key, as in a case of a loss, you'll be asked to call a locksmith, and the cost is usually between $100 and $200. The unit door will lock automatically, so don’t leave the keys inside if you’re leaving the premises. The locked drawers are only used by staff. The arrival time is 3 pm, and any arrivals earlier than 3 pm must be agreed upon in advance and will be available only if there isn't a departure that day, and additional fees may apply. The departure time is 11:00 am. Before departure, please deposit the key according to check-out instructions. In some cases, a late check-out may be accommodated if notified in advance, but this may only happen if there isn’t a check-in on the day of your check-out, and last-minute changes to your check-out time will result in a $25 charge for every additional 30 minutes of stay. It is important to deposit the garbage from the unit in the corresponding spaces, and in the corridor corresponding to your unit, you’ll find the garbage room, which will be close to the elevators. Please deposit plastic, cardboard, and glass waste in the recycling room located on the first floor, and throwing recyclable material in unauthorized areas is charged a fine of $150. Please control the unit temperature by cooling or heating the space gradually, and in case you want to ventilate the house by opening the windows, turn the air off. It is against house rules to throw toilet paper, female wipes, tampons, etc., in the toilet, and all the arrangements to fix the toilet issues will be charged. All guests must be registered in order to grant access. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For your safety, no diving and no running.
