The main guest on the reservation must check in at the front desk with ID. If the listed guest cannot check in, a $53 fee is required to update the reservation to a new main guest. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Please do not use towels to remove makeup, and note that washcloths are not provided. Deliveries from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or similar services are not permitted at the property address. Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. All items provided in the home must remain inside the unit, and missing items may result in additional charges. Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment. A smart lock system allows convenient mobile app entry and multiple digital codes. A virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for approximately $10, available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.
