The thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces include a main bedroom with two queen-size beds and a TV, and a den connected to the main bedroom with a single bed. Located in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s vibrant financial district, this prime location offers you a world of exciting attractions just steps away. Nearby highlights include Brickell City Centre, a short stroll to an upscale mall with high-end shops, dining, and entertainment, Mary Brickell Village with trendy cafes, bars, and restaurants, Bayfront Park perfect for waterfront walks, outdoor concerts, and events with stunning views of Biscayne Bay, Kaseya Center for NBA games, concerts, and large events, and Miami Beach, just a short drive to iconic beaches, nightlife, and Miami’s famous Art Deco district. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. It is mandatory to inform in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required to update the reservation with a new main guest. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. All guests must be registered by providing a valid photo ID on the day of check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will generate an additional cost. Please do not use towels to remove makeup. Package deliveries from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or similar services are not permitted at the property address. Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. All items provided in the home must remain inside the unit. Missing items may result in additional charges. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment.
