Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.
